If you have questions or concerns about a C.A.M.E.O. member service, please contact us.  Members of CAMEO have available to them, use of our Consumer Complaint Arbitration procedures board to ensure fast and fair settlement of complaints.  Compliments will be forwarded to the member service and a copy will be kept on file with CAMEO.

You must include in all communication, your name address, phone number, date, date of the occurrence and all pertinent details.  All information will be kept strictly confidential between the parties involved.
