Wedding Ceremony Planning Checklist

· Select background music for guest arrival before the Ceremony. (I will bring suggestions.)
· Provide contact information for your Minister.
· Create the Wedding Party’s Ceremony Line-Up with their full names.
· Decide if the Groomsman will enter with the Groom or escort the Bridesmaids.
· Will there be a Ring Bearer(s) and a Flower Girl(s)?
· What are their full names and ages?
· Will the Bride be escorted forward by her Father?
· Determine which family members will be seated in the front (or front two) rows.
· Decide seating order for the immediate family on the front row(s).
· Select a song for the seating of Grandmothers and Mothers.
· Choose escorts for the Grandmothers and Mothers. (Groom, Groomsman, Ushers, Etc.)
· Select a song for the Wedding Party’s Processional.
· Select a song for the Bride’s Processional.
· Will anyone, besides the Minister, be offering a special reading? (Poetry, Scripture, Etc.)
· Will there be any special music performed during the ceremony?
· If so, will they have pre-recorded music or live instruments?
· Provide contact information on all musical performers.
· Will there be a Unity Candle?
· Will roses be presented to the Mothers?
· Will there be any other personal touches in the Ceremony?
· Select a song for the Bride & Groom’s Recessional.
· Will the Minister make any closing announcements? (Reception Location, Photos, Etc.)
· What is the time and date for the Rehearsal?
· Who will and will not be attending the Rehearsal?
